Developed in Lyon, a city well-know for its gastronomy, this project was a partnership with the restaurant « Les Terrasses de Lyon ». With one Michelin star, this restaurant is located in the luxury hotel named « La Villa Florentine ».
I had the opportunity to work during few months with the entire team. This was a wonderful way to discover hospitality and be at the heart of the operations.
This plate was made to combine all elements (sauce, side dish and main dish) in one plate. Indeed, each element being separated from the others can be assembled at the last moment, without having a table encumbered by several plates or bowls.
